As Chief People Officer for Mary Kay Inc., a top beauty brand with a 60-year history and operations in more than 35 international markets, Melinda Foster Sellers is responsible for human resources, real estate, employee health and safety, and corporate services functions.

Deborah Gibbins serves as both Chief Transformation Officer (CTO) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Mary Kay. In this multifaceted role, Deborah has broad responsibility for Mary Kay’s corporate strategy, enterprise-wide transformation initiatives and key operational functions while serving as a strategic advisor to the Chief Executive Officer and the Mary Kay executive leadership team.

As Chief Brand and Scientific Officer, Dr. Lucy Gildea leads a strategic chapter of the transformation of Mary Kay into the future. Lucy and her cross-functional team are pioneering a new operating model to power up Mary Kay’s global brand and science aiming for growth and customer loyalty in over 40 markets. Lucy is responsible for shaping a powerful brand identity, image, and strategy consistent across all platforms and geographies supported by an impactful product portfolio embracing the ever-evolving needs of consumers. She and her team activate the brand through engagement strategies harnessing the power of next-gen entrepreneurs and resonant brand storytelling to win the hearts and minds of consumers.

Allison Levy oversees the company’s Legal, Risk Management, Intellectual Property, Governance, Compliance, Public Affairs, Corporate Communications, Sustainability, and Corporate Social Responsibility functions. She also serves as the Corporate Secretary for the company. Her teams protect and enhance the company’s reputation and operations in more than thirty-five markets around the globe.

As President of the Latin America Region (LATAM) for Mary Kay Inc., one of the largest direct sellers of skin care and color cosmetics in the world, Jose (Pepe) Smeke oversees operations for six Mary Kay markets: Argentina, Colombia, Brazil, Mexico, Peru, and Uruguay.

As Chief Information Officer (CIO), James oversees Mary Kay systems for both Mary Kay’s independent beauty consultants and employees globally.
