Executive Bios

Deborah Gibbins serves as both Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Mary Kay. In this multifaceted role, Deborah has broad responsibility for Mary Kay’s corporate strategy, enterprise-wide transformation initiatives and key operational functions while serving as a strategic advisor to the Chief Executive Officer and the Mary Kay executive leadership team.

As CFO, Deborah leads all aspects of financial management, including financial planning and analysis, tax, treasury and reporting functions. Under her stewardship, Mary Kay maintains a strong financial position while navigating complex global market conditions and regulatory environments across multiple jurisdictions.

In her role as COO, Deborah has executive oversight of the company’s end-to-end supply chain, including manufacturing at Mary Kay’s facilities in Texas and China, procurement, quality, and global transportation, distribution and last-mile logistics. Deborah also leads Mary Kay’s global information technology organization, directing the company’s enterprise technology strategy, infrastructure and operations, cybersecurity and data protection, and the enterprise applications that support commercial, manufacturing and back-office functions worldwide. Deborah oversees cross-functional transformation programs encompassing the shaping of Mary Kay’s global operating model, digital innovation and technology modernization. She ensures alignment between Mary Kay’s strategic vision and operational execution.

Deborah joined Mary Kay as Chief Financial Officer in 2013. Before coming to Mary Kay, Deborah held senior leadership roles within the finance function of PepsiCo’s Frito Lay North America division, including Senior Vice President, Revenue Management, and Senior Vice President, Controller. Before her PepsiCo career, Deborah was a senior manager at Arthur Andersen LLP in Dallas.

Deborah is a Certified Public Accountant and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University (SMU) in Dallas, Texas. Deborah and her husband Robb reside in Dallas and have two sons.
