SENIOR DIRECTOR, PRODUCT PORTFOLIO STRATEGY AND PLANNING
Erin joined Mary Kay in February of 2017. She currently leads the Product Portfolio Strategy & Planning team responsible for portfolio and category planning, new product development and commercialization and product lifecycle management. Prior to leading the Portfolio Team, she led the Global Strategy & Insights team at Mary Kay. Her passion for the Customer is threaded throughout her career across multiple industries and roles. She also loves solving problems which inspired her to begin her career as a Sales Engineer at Eaton Corporation where she helped manufacturing facilities, integrators and OEM’s with engineered control solutions. After attending business school, she joined PepsiCo’s Frito Lay Division where she held several positions across Finance, Marketing, Innovation and Strategy. She also spent several years at Southwest Airlines leading Innovation and the Customer Experience Team and spent time as the CMO of a local start up.
Erin holds a BS in Engineering from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from Southern Methodist University.
